The first day's we spent some time on a lake near the mountain's of Pala-U Waterfall in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. At night time many Sphingidae come to the light trap and also the Arctiidae species Pareuchaetes pseudoinsulata from south america was very common.

Then we travel more south to the Khao on Waterfall, Prachuap Khiri Khan province, but here a very few moth's come to the light at night.

The next destination was the Heo Lom waterfall in Ranong province, there was a nice road with rain forest and at night many moths come to the light trap, Sphingidae and some nice Geometridae. 

In Ranong province is also a nice mangrove forest and we spent there some night also for research moths in these special biotope. Only a few moths come to the light trap but very interessting. Most of them are Cossidae
