The raining season is at the beginning and I visit a area near Nam Nao National park in Phetchabun province. There is a small mountain range with a altitude of 700m and the forest is a mixed deciduous secondary forest with some cultured area. My daughter accompanied me on this trip and maybe she is the next generation of entomologist.

After the trip to Phetchabun province, I go again to the mountains of Tak province but there is still very dry especially the south side of the mountains, so I stay again of the northern side from Doi Mussoe on a altitude of 800 m. There was a little cooler and humid at night, so that also some amphibians will come to my light trap.
